Every product is 100% individually tailor-made according your measurements, and preferences, as a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products. In the rare case that there are production errors from Uniqcorn Exceptionnel Inc.’s side we will accept your product for alteration. Please make your claim within 14 days of receiving your product, by emailing us at email@example.com
In the case of a production error, we need pictures of you wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request for a free alteration return is accepted, we will notify you immediately.
Cancellations can be made only if your order is not processed. Please email us at email@example.com to verify if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Regular standard products
Regular standard products are products that are being sold “as is”. We offer a 14 days unconditional return policy for regular standard products. We are happy to take the products back with no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Products are NOT accepted for a return if the product is not in its original condition, it is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Sales items are final and can be returned only if there are quality issues.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # as subject and we provide instructions for how to return those products.
